IT Asset Disposal & Recycling
We collect, process, and reuse unwanted IT equipment in a safe and sustainable way. Every item is refurbished where possible, or recycled responsibly to keep e-waste out of landfill.
Recycle your old tech the eco-friendly way. Our IT disposal service in the UK reduces waste, protects sensitive data, and ensures every device is processed with sustainability at its core.
At Green Retech Recycling, we turn unwanted technology into community impact. As a registered charity (No. 1215625), we reduce e-waste, improve digital inclusion, and give refurbished devices a second life.
At Green Retech Recycling, our mission is to reduce e-waste and make technology accessible to everyone.
As both an IT recycling and disposal company in the UK and a registered charity, we provide secure, compliant disposal for organisations while refurbishing reusable devices for people facing digital exclusion.
Through responsible WEEE processing, repair, and community support, we turn unwanted tech into environmental and social impact.
Green Retech Recycling was born in 2018 from a belief that technology should never be wasted, and that a repaired device can change someone’s life. We started small, repairing donated laptops and passing them on to people who needed them most.
As demand grew, so did our purpose. We expanded into responsible IT recycling, secure data wiping, and community repair activities. In 2025, we became a registered charity (No. 1215625), enabling us to support even more families, schools, charities, and individuals facing digital exclusion. Today, we’re proud to combine environmental responsibility with social impact.
Through responsible WEEE processing, repair, and community support, we turn unwanted tech into environmental and social impact.
From secure IT disposal to community projects and donations, we turn unwanted technology into life-changing opportunities.
We are proud to be a registered charity in England & Wales (Charity No. 1215625). As a CIO, we are governed by an independent Board of Trustees that ensures our work remains ethical, transparent, and aligned with our charitable objectives.
Our operations follow robust governance practices, including compliance with WEEE regulations, secure data handling standards, financial accountability, and regular reporting to the Charity Commission. This structure helps us protect the people we support and maintain the trust of our partners and donors.
From reducing e-waste to supporting digital access, these numbers show the positive impact our community and partners make by choosing sustainable IT reuse.
